A multi-brand ecommerce operation needed behavioral events to reach its lifecycle platform without accidentally re-subscribing opted-out contacts.
Approach
Designed and deployed webhook workflows with explicit contact-state routing, custom browse, cart, and session events, plus fail-safe error behavior.
Verified outcome
